Returns and exchanges
You may return or exchange your purchases for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipted delivery for any reason. (excluding earrings in order to preserve hygiene standards) Soulvibrations.com.au wants you to be a happy customer. We want you to be completely satisfied with items you receive from us. We believe that our merchandise is of the highest quality available. You may return or exchange your unopened purchases for refund or exchange for any reason within 30 days of receipted delivery. If you require a refund you will be given a full refund minus shipping and handling charges. If you require an exchange you will be responsible for all extra shipping costs incurred. Please include a note with your details as well as a prepaid bag for the new item to be returned. Alternatively we can bill you for the extra shipping or if you make another order within the system we can ship with this instead. Please note that we will only accept returns on items that have their security tags still intact, are in their original packaging and have not been used. Items that have been used, damaged, and/or altered will not be refunded or exchanged.
DOUBLE-UP ORDERS
In the event that two or more orders come through with similar items and we become out of stock, priority will go to the order placed first, second, and so on and we will do our best to replace the item by re-ordering it for you. PLEASE NOTE: Crystals are unique and no two pieces are exactly the same. On occasions when we have a psychic fair or market on, some pieces may be sold. We will do our best to find as close a match as possible to replace the item or refund you your money if we can't replace it. Prices may vary when replaced.
Please check out the 'Upcoming Events' section and place your order a day or two before the event to get priority. You can always ring to confirm we have your order in situations like this if you really don't want to miss out.
CRYSTALS
Crystals are unique and no two pieces are exactly the same. Where possible the actual photo of the item is shown. Sometimes there may be a slight difference. If you are concerned as to which crystal you will be receiving, email us before processing your order and we will email you a photo of the exact item you will be receiving. In most cases, the item displayed is the item you will receive unless otherwise stated. |
